摘要
目的探讨玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德的护理方法。方法对34例(35眼)接受玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑囊样水肿的患者实施护理措施并进行随访,观察并比较术后患者视力恢复情况。结果术后1月、2月、6月,患者术后视力明显提高,较术前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后OCT结果提示黄斑水肿明显减轻,较术前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论良好的护理配合是玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德手术安全、有效的保证。
Objective To investigate the nursing cares to patients with cystoid macular edema treated with triamcinolone acetonide（TA） injecting into vitreous cavity. Methods A total of 34 （35 eyes） patients of cystoid macular edema in our hospital were received de-tailed nursing cares and followed up for 6 months, with observation and comparing the level of eyesight and edema in 1 month, 2 month and 6 month after the operation. Results Compared with pre-operation, patients＇ eyesight has improved and edema alleviated significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Detailed nursing cares is a safe and effective way to ensure this operation went well.
