摘要
目的探讨肺癌患者PICC导管植入后出现的异常情况及相关护理干预措施。方法选取320例PICC导管植入的肺癌患者,观察并记录患者的一般情况及置管信息,统计可能出现的并发症的比例和分析其原因,采取加强局部护理、强化护理管理以及健康教育等措施后观察其效果。结果 320例次肺癌患者进行PICC置管后绝大多数患者的情况良好,出现静脉炎21例,导管相关血流感染2例,其它导管异常情况12例。结论本科针对留置PICC导管的并发症及导管异常所采取的护理措施可减少PICC置管并发症,确保化疗计划的顺利完成。
Objective To study abnormalities and relevant nursing interventions after PICC catheterization in patients with lung cancer. Methods Totally 320 patients were observed after PICC catheterization, and their general condition and information of insertion were recorded. On the basis of the proportion of possible complications and its reasons, a series of nursing measures were took, such as to strengthen local nursing, nursing management and health education, then observed their effects. Results There are 21 cases that ap-peared phlebitis, 2 cases that appeared catheter related bloodstream infection, and 12 cases of other duct abnormalities, but most of 320 patients in good condition after PICC catheterization. Conclusion Several effective nursing measures in my department for compli-cations of PICC were showed in this paper. PICC catheter nursing organization and management mode was discussed for reducing complications of PICC.
