摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定连花清瘟颗粒和胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱:PurospherSTAR RP-18endcapped(55 mm×4 mm,3μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(15∶85);检测波长:327 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;进样量:5μl;运行时间:8 min。结果连花清瘟颗粒和胶囊中绿原酸的平均回收率分别为99.39%和99.98%,RSD分别为2.23%、2.39%(n=6)。结论本方法简单可靠,可以为提高连花清瘟颗粒和胶囊的质量控制标准提供参考和依据。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorgenie acid in Lianhua qingwen granules and capsules. Methods Purospher STAR RP-18 endcapped (55 mm ×4 ram,3 μm) chromato- graphic column was used, the mobile phase was methanol-5 % glacial acetic acid (15:85) , and the detection wave- length was at 327 nm at the flow rate of 1.0 ml .rain-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ ,the injection volume was 5 μl and the runtime was 8 rain. Results The average recovery of chlorgenic acid in Lianhua qingwen granules and capsules was 99. 39% and 99. 98% , respectively, while the RSD was 2. 23% and 2. 39% ( n = 6), respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and reliable, and it could provide a reference standard for quality control of Lianhua qingwen granules and capsules.
