摘要
红磷作为一种阻燃剂,由于其具有含磷量大,来源丰富等优点而被广泛的使用,但由于其不稳定,颜色较深等缺点限制了它的使用范围。利用氢氧化铝作为囊材对红磷进行微胶囊化处理,并对其微胶囊化条件通过正交实验进行了优化。氢氧化铝包覆红磷的最佳包覆条件为:pH=5.5,分散剂含量为0.234g,OP-10/十二烷基硫酸钠的比例为1∶3,包覆时间为2h,包覆温度65℃,Al2(SO4)3含量为15%。
As a kind of flame retardant, red phosphorous (RP) is used in many fields for its larger phosphorus content and rich source. However, the chemical instability and darker color(dark purple) restricts its further application in polymer. The aluminum hydroxide(ATH) is used as the capsule material to prepared MRP. The preparation conditions of MRP are optimized by the orthogonal test, which are showed as follows: pH=5.5, the dispersant content is 0.234g, the proportion of OP-10/lauryl sodium sulfate is 1:3, the microencapsulation time and temperature is 2h and 65℃ respectively, and the A12(SO4)3 content is 15%.
