摘要
阐述了丙烯酸酯的工业制备情况,介绍了丙烯酸酯发展的历史、主要生产工艺路线及其相应特点,并对丙烯酸酯的生产工艺进行了展望。丙烯酸酯可以构筑成千上万的具有各种性能的聚合物配方,可以乳液聚合、溶液聚合,可以与其它聚合单体共聚,可以是塑型聚合物,也可以是交联聚合物,得到黏度、硬度、耐久性、玻璃化温度等均不相同的产物,因而使其产物具有广泛的用途。
The industrial preparation of the acrylate was described. The development history of acrylate as well as the main production technique and the features were introduced, then the prospect of production technique was showed. The acrylate can build many thousands of polymeric formulation with performances, it can be emulsion polymerization ,solution polymerization and copolymerization with other polymer. It can be plastic polymer and also the cross-linked polymer. Its products can be widely used for their different viscosity, hardness, durability, glass state temperature, etc.
