软坚散结散联合甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺腺瘤随机平行对照研究

Soft Firm Fights Powder Joint Thyroxine Tablet Randomized Parallel-group Study Treatment of Thyroid Adenoma

[目的]观察软坚散结散联合甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺腺瘤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组35例左旋甲状腺素片,100ug/次,2次/d。治疗组35例软坚散(醋柴胡6g,牡蛎30g,猫爪草、玄参、红花、川芎各10g,橘红15g,醋香附10g,白芍30g,醋郁金10g,黄芩12g,当归10g,昆布、海藻各12g,丹参30g,夏枯草15g,土贝母10g,山慈菇12g,全蝎9g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;左旋甲状腺素片治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲状腺腺瘤性状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效11例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%。对照组痊愈13例,显效8例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率74.28%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]软坚散结散联合甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺腺瘤效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group healed in 16 cases, 11 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 94.29%. 13 cases of control group healed, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 74.28%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Soft firm fights powder joint thyroxine tablet treatment of thyroid adenoma effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
