Infrastructure Upgrading and Public Service Delivery in Smart City Development

基础设施升级是智慧城市建设的基础条件,公共服务提供则是智慧城市发展的重要方向,本文结合中欧绿色智慧城市合作试点在基础设施升级和公共服务提供两个方面的成功实践与经验,探讨分析了现有智慧城市发展中存在的相关问题,提出了智慧城市发展的指导性建议,为我国智慧城市发展提供了借鉴和帮助。

Infrastructure upgrading is the basic conditions for Smart City development, and public service delivery is the important direction of Smart City development. In this paper, according to the successful practice and experience of EU- China Green Smart City cooperation pilot cities on infrastructure upgrading and public service delivery, we discuss the existing issues related to Smart City development and puts forward constructive ideas of Smart City development, so as to provide references and help for Smart City development in China.
