This paper discussed the realization of TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE terminal inter-RAT protocol conformance test platform. The concept and specifications about inter-RAT protocol conformance test were given at the beginning. Then the software architecture, hardware architecture and test procedure were explained in detail. At the end the application of this test platform was analyzed.
