德上高速职业健康管理模式的实践探讨

Practial Discussion on Occupational Health Management Mode for Deshang Highway

针对公路工程施工路线长,地质条件复杂,分部分项工程众多,工人流动性高的特点,分析了公路工程建设过程面临的粉尘、有毒有害物质、噪声、振动和高温五大危害,探讨了其预防和控制措施,基于德上高速职业健康管理实际,提出了业主引导,施工承包商负责,强化高职业危害的重大分项工程和接触人员专项职业健康管理,夯实对工人职员的职业危害知识的宣传教育和个体防护基础工作,推动职业健康管理与工程建设环境管理的融合。

Aimed at the characteristics of highway construction such as long construction length, complex geological condi- tions, various sub- projects, high- level of workers mobility and so on, the essay analyzes five kinds of hazards during highway construction including dust, harmful and toxic substances, noise, vibration and high temperature, and then discusses the protection and control measures. Based on the practical occupational health management of De- shang highway, it is suggested a mechanism of owner- conducted and construction contractor in charge, in order to enhance special occupational health management of sub- projects with high- level occupational hazard and the related workers contacted, strengthen the propaganda and education about healthy knowledge of occupational hazard and personal protection work among the stuff, and promote the combination of occupational health management with construction environment management.
