摘要 企业安全管理需要对企业人-机-环境的微弱变化做出快速决策。从科学发展的视角,分析安全科学的特点,阐述了企业安全管理的微颗粒化、实时化、无处不在化、易用化等发展趋势,并指出当前企业安全管理存在的数据采集、数据分析、数据价值、数据时效以及安全管理功能等方面存在的问题。在此基础上,以安全科学为理论基础,采用大数据环境下的实时数据挖掘的手段,构建了人-机-环境联网安全管理系统,对建立在数据分析基础上的企业安全管理模式进行了探索。 Enterprise security management needs to make quick decisions on the slight change d man- machine - environ- ment. From the perspective of scientific development, this paper analyses the characteristics of safety science, describes the micro- particles, real- time, everywhere in, easy - to - use and other trends of enterprise security management, mean- while it points out the problems currently existed in enterprise security management, such as data acquisition, data analysis, data value, data timeliness, security management functions, etc. On the basis of this, regarding safety science as the theo- retical basis and in use of real- time data mining means in big data environment, a man- machine- environment networking security management system is ceastructed and the enterprise security management model based on data analysis is explored.
