教师知识分享行为结构探析及问卷编制 被引量:1

摘要 通过对教师访谈、开放式问卷和文献搜集,确认了教师知识分享包含四类行为,在此基础上编制了教师知识分享行为预试问卷。教师知识分享行为是一个包括促进学习机会、分享个人经验、参与专业互动、利用校园网络的四因素结构。进一步验证问卷的构想效度并考察其效标效度,结论支持教师知识分享行为问卷的结构。
