环己酮氧化合成ε-己内酯Mg/Sn复合氧化物催化剂的再生研究 被引量:4

Regeneration of Mg/Sn Composite Oxide Catalyst on Synthesis ofε-caprolactone over Oxidation of Cyclohexanone

摘要 采用烧炭再生方法对在过氧乙酸氧化环己酮合成ε-己内酯的反应中积炭失活的Mg/Sn复合氧化物催化剂进行再生研究。并用XRD、BET和TEM等方法对所得的催化剂进行了表征,在相同的条件下评价了催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,烧炭再生处理可以使失活Mg/Sn复合氧化物催化剂得到较好恢复,再生后催化剂催化合成ε-己内酯的量恢复至新鲜催化剂的90.2%,并且ε-己内酯的最高选择性仍保持100%,但不能完全恢复其催化性能,催化剂的结构也不能完全恢复。 In this paper,using a charcoal regeneration method,coke deactivated Mg/Sn composite oxide catalysts were studied,which is obtained in the oxidation synthesis process of the cyclohexanone with peracetic acid.Catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET and TEM methods,respectively.Their catalytic performances were evaluated under the same conditions.The experimental results show that the burning regeneration treatment could make deactivated Mg/Sn composite oxide catalysts to be preferably recovered.The catalytic properties of the regenerated catalyst recovered to 90.2% of the fresh catalyst.Highest selectivity ofε-caprolactone remains at 100%,and the structure of the catalyst can not be completely restored.
