摘要
为探索复合型调控剂修复镉污染农用土壤,通过两种试验,研究了复合型调控剂对土壤pH值、镉有效态含量、镉的形态转化、小白菜生物量和品质安全的影响。结果表明:复合型调控剂对镉污染农田土壤的钝化修复效果明显大于单一调控剂,不同配比调控剂降低土壤中有效态镉的含量范围为44.47%-86.53%,其中复合型调控剂ADE(钙基矿物质、炭基肥和石灰石配施比例为10∶5∶1)的钝化效果较好;不同用量的复合调控剂ADE能有效地促进小白菜生长,生物量比施用前增加了1.75-4.03倍;小白菜镉含量随复合型调控剂ADE用量的增加而降低,降低范围为21.35%-60.92%。因此,重金属镉污染土壤施用复合型调控剂ADE,不仅可以提高小白菜产量,而且还可以有效降低作物镉含量。
To explore how to compound regulating agent restore Cd contaminated agricultural soil,the impacts of compound regulating agent on soil pH,available Cd contents,Cd chemical form transformation and the biomass and quality of cabbage were studied through two types of tests.The experimental results indicate that the compound regulation agent has better control effect on the Cd contaminated agricultural soil than the single regulating agent.The regulating agents with different ratios can reduce the available Cd contents from 44.47% to 86.53%,among these the best one is compound regulating agent ADE(Calcium-based minerals∶Biomass charcoals∶Limestone=10∶5∶1).The different dosages of compound regulating agent ADE can effectively promote the growth of cabbage,and its biomass increases from 1.75to 4.03times compared with the blank control.The Cd contents of the cabbage decrease by 21.35%~60.92% with the increase of ADE dosage.Therefore,the application of compound regulating agent ADE in Cd contaminated soil can not only improve the yield of cabbage,but also effectively reduce the Cd content of crops.
