医学生学习倦怠与父母教养方式的相关研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨医学院校在校大学生的学习倦怠状况及其与父母教养方式的关系。方法采用整群随机抽样法抽取某医学院在校学生220人,采用大学生学习倦怠量表和父母教养方式评价量表对其进行评估,应用SPSS17.0软件包进行数据统计分析。结果医学生学习倦怠各因子以及总分略低于中间值,医学生普遍存在学习倦怠;学习倦怠中行为不当因子在不同年级间比较差异有统计学意义(t=0.024,P<0.05);父母教养方式中父亲惩罚严厉因子、过度保护因子及母亲过分干涉、过度保护因子、偏爱因子在不同年级间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.483,P<0.05);学习倦怠与父母教养方式存在显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论父母教养方式与医学生学习倦怠有显著相关性,关注父母教养方式对于改善医学生学习倦怠状况具有重要的现实意义。 Objective To explore medical students' learning burnout and analyze the relationship between it and parental rearing style. Methods The college students' learning burnout scale and egna minnen barndoms uppfostran( EMBU) were used to test 220 medical undergraduates who were chosen in a cluster random way. SPSS 17. 0 software package was used for all data analysis. Results The research showed universal learning burnout with a comparatively high level in medical students. The misconduct factor of learning burnout had a significant difference on different grades( t = 0. 024,P〈0. 05).There were significant differences on grades in the factor of father's penalty,father's overprotection,mother's excessive interference,mother's overprotection and mother's excessive preference( t = 2. 483,P〈0. 05). There was a significant correlation between medical students' learning burnout and parental rearing style( P〈0. 01). Conclusions Parental rearing style has a significant relationship with medical students' learning burnout. Paying more attention to parental rearing style has an important practical significance to reduce medical students' learning burnout.
