摘要 目的研究膜联蛋白Ⅱ(annexinⅡ)、钙卫蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测正常胃组织、胃溃疡组织、胃癌组织中annexinⅡ、钙卫蛋白表达情况,并分析annexinⅡ和钙卫蛋白的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤浸润深度和淋巴结转移的关系。结果 AnnexinⅡ在胃癌组织的阳性表达明显高于正常胃组织和胃溃疡组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);正常胃组织和胃溃疡组织中Annexin的阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。钙卫蛋白在胃溃疡组织和胃癌组织中的阳性表达高于正常胃组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胃溃疡组织和胃癌组织中钙卫蛋白的阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在胃癌组织中annexinⅡ和钙卫蛋白的表达与患者年龄及性别无关(P>0.05);与浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AnnexinⅡ和钙卫蛋白可能参与了胃癌的形成,并且在胃癌形成后的肿瘤生长、浸润、转移过程中起促进作用。 Objective To explore the expression of annexin Ⅱ and calprotectin in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detected the expression of annexin Ⅱ and calprotectin in normal gastric tissue,gastric ulcer tissue and gastric cancer tissue. The relation of expression of annexin Ⅱ and calprotectin with gender,age,imbibition depth of tumor,lymph node metastasis were analysed. Results The expression of annexin Ⅱ in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in gastric ulcer tissue and normal gastric tissue( P〈 0. 01); there was no statistic difference of the expression of annexin Ⅱ between gastric ulcer tissue and normal gastric tissue( P〉 0. 05). The expression of calprotectin in gastric ulcer tissue and gastric cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in normal gastric tissue( P〈0. 01); there was no statistic difference of positive expression rate between gastric ulcer tissue and gastric cancer tissue( P 〉0. 05). The expression of annexin Ⅱ and calprotectin had negative correlation with age and gender of patients( P〉 0. 05); and had positive correlation with imbibition depth and lymph node metastasis( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Annexin Ⅱand calprotectin may be involved in the formation of gastric cancer,and play a promote role in tumor growth,invasion and metastasis.
