摘要
现代医学赋予当代生命伦理学全新的时代任务。现代医学所展现的伦理空间,是一个具有普遍伦理本质的生命权利体系,生命伦理学原则之间存在冲突的实质是生命权利体系中道德权利的冲突,沟通这些冲突的前提是对生命权与人格权的尊重与保护。从这个意义上说,生命权与人格权是现代医学的生命伦理学前提。
Modern medicine confers the contemporary bioethics new task. Modern medicine shows one ethical space, which is a nature system of bioethical rights. The conflicts of principles of bioethics are conflicts of moral rights. For handling these conflicts, we must base on the premise of respecting and protecting rights of life and personality. In this sense, rights of life and personality are the premise of modern medicine ethics.
