摘要
设计了基于DeviceNet现场总线的变频调速系统。系统采用了ControlLogix L61控制器和PowerFlex40变频器构建硬件平台,而控制程序的开发使用RS NetWorx for DeviceNet和RSLogix5000软件。系统实现了通过改变变频器的输出频率和电压,对三相异步电动机的启/停、点动等控制功能。
Frequency Control System is designed based on DeviceNet filedbus.System uses a ControlLogix controller L61 and the PowerFlex40 driver to build the hardware platform,and develop control programs using RS NetWorx for DeviceNet and RSLogix5000 software.System achieved by changing the output frequency and voltage,three-phase induction motor start/ stop,jog and other control functions.
