摘要
提出一款用于老、弱、病、残自助的智能升降椅电机控制系统,以PIC16F877A单片机为控制核心,利用D/A转换器转换为步进电流输入信号,并由驱动放大电路带动步进电机进行相应的角度转动,从而达到对楼梯转角位置的跟踪,有效地控制行车速度,保障了系统安全与稳定。现已经完成产品设计与生产,并通过标准化测试实验,效果良好。
With the needs fot the aged caring at home and hospital LDR (labor,delivery,recovery),transform the existing stair,deploy the self-help equipment-chair lift for the old,weak and sick people,with single-chip microcomputer technology to replace the traditional PLC programming technology,to design microcomputer control system of the stair intelligent chair lift based on the single chip,gives the electrical control system design and software design flow.
