摘要
介绍了变频控制系统的硬件组成和参数设置。对利用FP∑PLC发送脉宽调制信号(PWM信号)来控制VF0变频器的运行频率的原理和方法进行了研究,设计了相关PLC梯形图程序,制作了触摸屏界面,提供了一种电机变频控制的方法。
The hardware components and parameter settings of the system frequency control are described in this paper.The principles and methods that FP ∑ PLC controls the operation frequency of VFO inverter by sending PWM signal are studied.The relevant PLC ladder program is designed,and a touch screen interface is also produced.All provide a method for motor frequency control.
