摘要
2010年AHACPR＆ECC指南公布至今已3年半有余，此期间CPR临床及科研取得了若干新成果，一是高质量CPR；二是喉罩气道管理安全有效；三是复苏后PaCO2与神经功能后果的关系；四是旁观者施行CPR的问题与改进建议；五是单纯胸部按压CPR与标准CPR疗效的比较；六是CPR时胸部按压的最佳位置（根据胸部CT结果分析）；七是OHCA复苏失效后，何时改用新疗法。现简述如下。
