摘要
总装配车间工艺布置设计方案的优劣直接影响企业的生产效率和效益。论文在分析工艺设计方案评价指标的建立原则后,在文献研究和专家咨询的基础上,初步建立了总装配车间工艺布置设计方案的6个一级评价指标和40个二级指标。然后利用层次分析法(AHP)和yaahpv0.6.0软件构造并检验了这些指标判断矩阵的一致性,计算了各指标的相对权重,确定了评价模型。本研究为总装配车间工艺布置设计方案的评价提供了理论和实践指导。
The process layout design of final assembly workshop directly affect production efficiency and effectiveness in the enterprise. Alter Analysis the principle of evaluation indexes that observed by us, This paper suggests preliminary six indicators and forty sub- indicators of process layout design about final assembly workshop based on literature research and expert consultation.By mean of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and soR yaahp v0.6.0, the paper constructs judgment matrix of these indexes and checks consistency of judgment matrix. Moreover, this paper calculates relative weight of all indexes and determines the evaluation model. The studyprovides a theoretical and practical guidance to evaluation on process layout design of automobile final assemblyworkshop.
