小细胞肺癌组织PXR与P-gp表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨孕烷X受体(PXR)、P糖蛋白(P-gp)在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)组织的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测40例SCLC组织中PXR、P-gp的表达情况。结果 PXR、P-gp在小细胞肺癌组织表达率分别为35.0%、17.5%。PXR、P-gp的表达与病人年龄、性别及肿瘤分期无关(P>0.05),而与吸烟史有关(χ2=8.47、5.09,P<0.05)。SCLC组织中PXR与P-gp蛋白的表达水平呈正相关(χ2=9.60,P<0.05)。结论PXR、P-gp在SCLC组织中有不同的表达水平,PXR与P-gp的表达水平呈正相关,PXR可能是诱导P-gp表达的一个重要因子,检测癌组织PXR的表达可能更有助于早期判断机体对化疗药物的敏感性。 Objective n small cell lung cancer (SCLC) To explore the expressions of pregnane X (PXR) and P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and their significance Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression levels of PXR and P gp in 40 cases of SCLC. Results The positive expression rates of PXR and P gp in SCLC were 35.0% and 17.5%, respective- ly. The expressions of both PXR and P gp were not associated with the age, sex and tumor staging of the patients, but related to smoking (X2=8.47,5.09;P〈0.05). The expression of PXR was positively correlated with P-gp (X2 =9.60,P〈0.05). Conclu- sion There are different expression levels of PXR and P gp which are positively correlated-in small cell lung cancer tissue. PXR may be an important factor inducing P-gp expression. A detection of PXR in cancer tissue is likely to be more conducive to an early prediction of the cancer sensitive to chemotherapeutics.
