介绍了中低温环氧浸渍胶的性能,叙述了50℃固化环氧浸渍胶应用于大型汽轮发电机增容改造、电机检修槽内及端部适形材料的浸渍。解决了电厂现场通水加热温度如果达不到要求而导致定子槽内和端部的适形材料固化不良的问题。

Application of the middle and low temperature-grade epoxy impregnating compound was introduced while applying the 50°grade epoxy compound into the impregnation of the adaptive-shape materials inside the slot and at the winding end in course of rebuilding the generator for the purpose to expand its output power as well as repairing the generator, solving the problem of poor curing of the adaptive-shape materials inside the slot and at the winding end because of failing to reach the required temperature of the inline water in site of the power plant.
