对发电机转轴韧脆转变温度测试差异的分析

摘要 韧脆转变温度是发电机转轴的一个重要的力学性能指标,关系到它的生产制造、运输、安装和运行等各个阶段。文章介绍了实际检验过程中遇到的供需双方就韧脆转变温度测试的差异,通过化学、力学和金相等测试手段的比较分析,发现锻件性能热处理中淬火的冷却速度对韧脆转变温度的测试结果有较大影响。 The FATT(Fracture appearance transition temperature) was an important mechanical property of large generator shaft, which would affect the whole manufacturing procedure such as production, transportation, installa- tion and operation of the shaft. A case that the difference of FATT test results on the same shaft conducted by buyer and seller respectively occurred was introduced in this paper. It was found that the quenching of forging heat treatment had a great influence to the FATT test result, by means of chemical, mechanical and metallurgical comparative analysis.
