摘要
用高速钢W9Mo3Cr4V制作高速级进冲模,改进热处理工艺参数,优化淬火与回火温度及回火次数后,得到稳定的马氏体,其硬度最高、表面粗糙度最低,热处理时间减少40%,节约电能35%以上。
The high-speed steel W9Mo3Cr4V was applied to manufacture the high-speed progressive dies mold. After improving the technological parameters and optimizing the quenching and tempering temperature and period of time, a stable marten site structure was gained with the great surface hardness and low surface roughness, resulting in the 40% decreasing of heat treatment time and over 35% saving of the electric energy.
