摘要
长期以来,发电机装配工艺都是基于二维图纸进行规划和设计的,其零部件的装配关系和装配顺序都依赖于工艺人员的个人经验,无事前预验证手段。将基于模型定义的三维工艺仿真技术用于发电机装配,可有效提高工艺质量,降低加工成本,缩短开发周期。
For a long time, the generator assembly was based upon 2D drawings to plan and design the process, the assembly sequence of components relied on the personal experience, lacking of the effective means of pre-verification. The 3D process simulation technology based on the defined model was applied into the dynamic simulation of the assembly of generator design, effectively improving the technological quality, reducing the processing cost and shortening the development cycle.
