摘要
以金尾矿、粉煤灰、煤粉为原料,通过焙烧工艺制备陶粒。在不同焙烧温度下制备陶粒,研究陶粒性能的变化和微观结构的不同,确定最好的焙烧温度是1150℃。焙烧温度为1150℃时制备的陶粒,其堆积密度为736 kg/m3,筒压强度为4.3 MPa,吸水率为7.9%。
The ceramsite is prepared by gold tailing, fly ash and coal powder in firing process. The property and microstructure of ceramsite fired in different temperatures is researched, the optimal firing temperature is determined as 1150℃. At this temperature, the packing density of ceramsite is 736 kg/m3, cylinder pressure strength is 4.3 MPa, water absorption rate is 7.9%.
