中国高原和日本平原65~74岁老年人血脂及血糖的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较世居青海高原和日本平原老年人群血脂及血糖的异同,分析其社会学影响与干预对策.方法:以189名世居青海高原和日本平原65-74岁老年人群为研究对象,抽取晨空腹静脉血5ML分别对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)及血糖(Glu)等指标进行检测分析.结果:HDL-C日本男子显著高于中国男子(P〈0.01),日本女子高于中国女子,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05);T-Cho日本男女均低于中国男女,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05);TG日本男子低于中国男子,无显著性差异(P〉0.05),而日本女子显著低于中国女子(P〈0.01).Glu日本男女均高于中国男女,有显著性差异(P〈0.01和P〈0.05).结论:青海高原地区老年男女HDL-C总体低于日本老年男女,而T-CHO和TG高于日本老年男女;Glu日本老年男女高于中国老年男女.说明日本老年男女在动脉粥样硬化、冠心病等的发生率方面较中国老年男女低,且日本老年男女在体力劳动和体育锻炼等方面可能较中国老年男女强. Objective:To compare the similarities and differences of Native Qinghai Plateau and Japan plains elderly population lipids and blood glucose,analyzing of its the sociological impact with the intervention countermeasures.Methods:189 people of 65~74 years-old resident of the Qinghai plateau and the plains elderly population as the research object,morning fasting blood 5ML extraction of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(T-CHO),glycerol the triester(TG)and glucose(Glu)indicators were detected and analyzed.Resuit:Japanese men's HDL-C is higher than that of Chinese men(P〉0.01),Japanese Women's higher than that of the Chinese women,but no significant difference(P〉0.05);T-Cho Japanese men and women are lower than the Chinese men and women,but no significant difference(P〉0.05);TG Japanese men is lower than the Chinese men,no significant difference(P〉0.05),but the Japanese women is significantly lower than the Chinese women(P〈0.01).Glu Japanese men and women are higher than Chinese men and women,there is a significant difference(P〈0.01and P〈0.05).Conclusion:The overall Qinghai Plateau elderly men and women in HDL-C lower than that of older men and women in Japan,Wihile Chinese men and women's T-CHO and TG are higher than that Japan wemen and men.the Glu Japanese elderly men and women are higher than that of Chinese women and men.Description Japanese elderly men and women in atheroclerosis,coronary heart disease incidence rate may be lower than the Chinese elder men and women.Moreover,the manual labour and physical exercise of Japanese men and women are stronger than that of Chinese men and women.
