Transitional Period and Irregular Action May Have Negative Impact on School-bus Predication

2014年4月2日,北京市教委、市公安局、市交通委、市安全监管局、市财政局联合印发《北京市校车安全管理暂行规定》,自2014年9月1日施行。该《规定》列明了取得校车使用许可的条件、校车的基本要求、校车驾驶员应具备的条件,以及各级政府、各相关部门和单位的管理职责。

As a matter of fact, many local government authorities have somehow slowed down taking into practice＂action plan＂＇ in accordance with the request of ＂Management and Regulations of School-bus Safety ＂. In addition, due to a transitional period of putting school-bus into the whole market, and differentiation of localities, school-bus market had not performed well enough as expected. However, when most of places are encountering the ＂transitional period＂, schoolbus market may or may not come into a growing trend. But, whenever it is, there is never an expectation that school-bus would contribute much to the increase of the whole bus market at all.
