“Fushun Module” May Provide a Possible Solution to the Promotion of New Alternative Fuel City Bus

抚顺市在新能源公交车推广过程中摸索出了巧妙而有效的资金筹措模式,它涉及新能源产业链的多个利益环节,具有较强的实践价值,或将为行业市场化提供值得借鉴的新思路。在能源和环保的迫切要求下,我国近年来已经把新能源汽车产业提升到战略高度给予重视和推动,新能源汽车进入良好的发展机遇期。而在当前推广过程中,客车、特别是公交车占据了主导。

Recently, Fushun government of Liaoning province had put into operation total of 600 Yutong hybrid-power new alternative fuel city buses, by which it became the first non-demonstration city that had made the largest purchase of new alternative fuel vehicles. In the effort of promotion of new alternative fuel buses, Fushun had successfully explored an unique fundraising module which would be a new idea for the industry.
