摘要
目前,国内转炉隔烟室多为传统固定式隔烟室,即隔烟室立柱与平台相连。其烟罩升降横移台车横移前准备工作量大,对隔烟室钢结构及铸铁板进行反复切割和焊接导致检修工期长、工作寿命缩短。介绍一种新型悬臂式隔烟室结构体系,改善了传统隔烟室结构体系的不足。
At present, most of the fume isolation rooms of converter are traditional fixed fume isolation rooms in China, which means the columns of fume isolation rooms are connected to platform. This type of fume isolathon rooms has the following shortcomings~ firstly, it requires a lot of preparation before the smoke hood lifts and the traversing trolley shifts; secondly, cutting and welding should be done to the steel structure and cast iron plate of the fume isolation room repeatedly, which may lead to long construction period and short working life. This paper introduces a new cantilevered system, which cam furtherimprove traditional fume isolation rooms.
