摘要
基于装配式建筑采用的方钢管钢柱与板块连接节点即柱座节点的重要性,针对现有钢柱与钢梁连接采用的法兰板连接方式,与原有梁柱端板连接和方钢管法兰连接的不同,研究方钢管柱座节点的水平受弯承载力,并得到其简化设计方法。利用ABAQUS软件建立该节点的数值模型,得到装配式方钢管柱座节点上柱法兰板屈服线形状分布,并根据塑性铰线法得到装配式方钢管柱座节点水平受弯承载力简化设计公式,该公式计算结果与有限元分析结果吻合较好,可应用于实际工程,为装配式柱座节点的工程应用提供参考。
Based on the importance of the column base joint square steel tube structure, which means the connection betweern the squae steel tube column and plate, and the differences between the existing flange connection methods for steel column and steel beam,and the original connection methods, this paper focuses on the horizontal bearing capacity of the column base joint of square steel tube structure, and a simplified design method was obtained. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a numerical model to obtain the yield line shape distribution and the simplified design formula horizontal bearing capacity quare square steel tube column base joint of structure according to plastic hinge line method, which has good agreement with finite element analysis, can be used in the practical engineering,and it is expected to be a reterence for the similar pojects.
