摘要
福州奥体中心体育馆地上4层(局部6层),混凝土看台最高点高度22.120m。钢结构最高点高度39.7m。下部混凝土结构采用钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构;上部钢结构屋盖采用四边形环索弦支-张弦组合结构及平面主次桁架结构,钢结构墙面采用单层菱形交叉网格结构。该建筑结构体系极其复杂,在设计过程中采用了PKPM、ETABS等多种软件进行结构计算、分析、设计。介绍该体育馆支撑墙面单层菱形交叉网格结构的不规则十字转多角度菱形箱体钢柱的相关制作技术。
Fuzhou Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium has 4 floors (6 floors in part) above the ground, with the highest point of concrete viewing platform at 22. 120 m and steel structure at 39.7 In. The lower structure is reinforced concrete frame stxear wall structure; the upper structure is quadrilateral chord circle-tension chord composite structure and primary and secondary truss structure with single layer diamond-shaped lattice structure wall. The structure System is very complicated, and structural calculation, analysis and design are carred out by using PKPM, ETABS and other software. This paper introduces the fabrication technology for irregular crossed multi-angle diamond-shaped steel box column of the single layer diamond-shaped crossed lattice structure as the supporting wall of the gyrmnasium.
