摘要 针对中朝鸭绿江界河公路大桥钢锚梁及钢牛腿制作过程中,钢锚梁底平面与牛腿座板密贴及钢牛腿上下两塔壁预埋板顺利连接的制作难点,通过对关键工序中关键点的精度控制,有效控制钢锚梁及钢牛腿的扭曲变形,保证钢锚梁及钢牛腿的制作质量。 This paper focuses on the manufacturing difficulties in steel anchor beam and steel corbel of Yalv river steel bridge during manufacturing process, such as how to make the base plates of steel anchor beam and steel corbel stick together, and connect the embedded plates between the upper and lower of steel corbel. The proposed accuracy control technology contributes to control deformation failure occurs so as to ensure manufacturing quality of steel anchor beam and steel corbel.
