吲哚乙酸不同处理对沙棘硬枝扦插苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在青海省湟中县进行了IAA 6种浓度(0、100、200、300、400、500 ppm)和2种浸泡时间(30、60min)共12个处理,对沙棘硬枝扦插苗生根数量、根长、枝条高度等影响研究,结果显示,不同处理间沙棘插穗苗单株平均生根数量为2.50~8.54条,单株平均根长为1.52~5.66 cm,单株平均新生枝条长度为5.36~8.03 cm,都是处理3(200 ppm、30min)数值最高,处理12最低(500 ppm、60 min),差异显著(p<0.05);在生根数量、根长、新生枝条长等方面,IAA处理浓度对沙棘插穗苗的影响都大于处理时间;考虑,沙棘扦插育苗时,应首先选择IAA200 ppm处理插穗30 min. Six IAA concentrations (0 ppm,100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm, 400 ppm, 500 ppm) together with 2 time durations of soaking ( 30 rain and 62 min), 12 treatments altogether were applied to find out the effect on the growth of seedling from hardwood cuttings in terms of number of roots, length of root, and the height of trunks. The result showed that the number of roots from single seedlings by different treatments averaged 2.50 to 8.54, length of root averaging from 1.52em to 5.66cm and new shoot of brunch averaging from 5.36cm to 8.03cm, with treatment 3 (200ppm and 30min) having the highest value and treatment 12 (500ppm and 60min) having lowest value. The difference among the value is signifieant(p〈0.05). Of the number of roots, length of roots as well as the new shoot of trunk, the effect of IAA concentrations is greater than that of soaking time. IAA 200ppm and soaking for 30min is best for Hippophae rhamnoides seedling production through cutting.
