摘要
以采集于烟台昆嵛山和崂山地区的野生鹿药为材料,在青岛农业大学试验田对野生鹿药生长发育规律、繁殖特点进行了研究,结果表明在人工栽培条件下,鹿药生育期280d左右,生长呈现慢-快-慢的"S"型规律,3月20日发芽,10d左右可达盛叶期,4月19日始花,4月底盛花期,5月8日末花期,末花期时形成种子,10月下旬种子成熟,11月6日茎叶全枯;鹿药结实率低,种子发芽率低,分株繁殖成活率高,繁殖系数大,最有效繁殖方法是根茎分株繁殖。
Collected from Laoshan Mountain and Kunyu Mountain, Smilacina japonica was experimented in terms of its growth and development as well as the reproduction. The result showed that Srnilacina japonica under the artificial cultivation condition has 280 d of growth period in a ＂S＂ pattern of rules. It germinates on 20 th of March,reaching full leaves period in 10d and began to flower on 19th of April, reaching full flowers at the end of April. Seeds were formed on 8 th of May, also the end of flower. Seeds matured in the later of October and stems began to dry on 6th of November. Smilacina japonica has lower rate of seeds bearing and lower in germination, but higher survival rate by plant division propagation. So division propagation of roots and stems are effective methods of reproduction.
