摘要 基于生态效率的概念,给出了分析拜耳法氧化铝厂生态效率的三个指标,包括资源效率、能源效率和环境效率。以山西某拜耳法氧化铝厂为例,采用工业代谢分析方法,建立了企业物料结算平衡表,通过企业的资源、能源、产品和污染物的种类及输入、输出量以及循环物料量,对该企业生态效率的现状进行了分析比较。并根据国内行业最好指标,对企业三个指标可以达到的更好水平进行了计算和预测。 Based on the concept of Eco - efficiency, the throe indices of Bayer process alumina refinery are given, including: resources efficiency, enemy efficiency and environment efficiency. Taking the data of a enterprise in Shanxi as example, an input/output balance sheet is worked out by way of indus- trial metabolism to sure of the sorts and amounts of resources, energy, products, pollutants and recycle stock, and the Eco - efficiency of the enterprise is analyzed. The throe indices are calculated and predicted on the base of the best domestic product indices.
