摘要
介绍了气体法测试电解槽电流效率的理论基础,并验证了该方法测电流效率的准确性。重点研究了电解温度、过热度、炉帮厚度、极距和铝水平等因素对电解槽电流效率的影响,得出电解槽要想获得较好的电流效率,各工艺参数必须保持在一定的合理区间,且要互相匹配的结论。
The theory basis of testing current efficiency of aluminum reduction pots by the gas method is introduced, and the accuracy of this method is verified. The influence of some factors on current efficiency of aluminum reduction pots are mainly studied, such as temperature, superheat, the thickness of ledge, ACD and aluminum metal. The results show that each process parameters must be kept in a reasonable range and adapted to each other if the alu- minum reduction pot achieves higher current efficiency.
