Optimization of dust collector discharging and conveying system for the carbon process

本文简要介绍炭素生产工艺,针对生产中使用的除尘器在粉料回收中存在问题进行分析,通过优化排料输送系统,彻底解决除尘器粉料的回收问题,改善了工作环境,在行业内具有推广价值。

In this paper the carbon production process was briefly introduced. The existing problems during recovering powder from dust collectors were analyzed, and the problems of recovering powder from dust collectors were solved by optimizing discharging and conveying system to improve the working environment.
