社团活动对大学生综合能力培养的影响效果研究——基于武汉纺织大学在校生的问卷调查分析

A Study of the Effect of Community Activities on the Comprehensive Ability of Undergraduates

参加大学社团活动被广泛地认为是大学生培养综合能力最有效的途径之一,但其实际效果却从未被有效验证。以武汉纺织大学在校生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法就社团活动对大学生综合能力的影响效果进行调查分析,结果表明,社团活动对大学生综合能力的提升具有正效应,但大学生社团活动的类型结构仍不合理,学校对社团活动的管理机制不够健全。因此,学校应当设立专门机构加强对大学生社团的管理,建立考评与奖惩机制,通过优胜劣汰促进社团活动对大学生综合能力培养正效应的提升。

Community activities are widely believed to be one of the most effective ways in cultivating the comprehensive ability of undergraduates.However,the actual effect has never been verified.A questionnaire survey in Wuhan Textile University shows that community activities have positive effects on the comprehensive ability of undergraduates.It also shows that the types of community activities are not well structured and school administration needs a better mechanism in managing community activities.
