摘要
随着船舶向大型化方向发展的趋势日渐明显,船舶对通航条件的要求越来越高。受航道宽度、水深等方面的影响,部分航道难以满足大型船舶自由航行的需要,因此,需在通航时间段内针对不同船舶提供不同的通航服务,以保证船舶安全运行。文章引入区分服务理论,根据船舶对航道资源的占用情况将交通流分解为常规状态交通流和区分服务状态交通流,在此基础上建立时间区分服务航道系统模型,并以舟山水域条帚门航道为例进行仿真实验。结果表明,该模型能够较好地反映上述非流畅交通流的运行状况,对交通流组织、运行状态的评估和预测具有一定参考意义。
As the size of the vessel becomes much bigger than ever,many studies focus on the navigational condition,especially on the waterway width and depth to meet the requirements of the large vessel.Obviously,it is vital to of fer navigational service for different vessel at different time in order to guarantee the vessel traffic safety.A concept of differentiated navigation service is introduced.The ship traffic flow can be divided into regular traffic flow and service-guided traffic flow according to the occupation of fairway resources.Furthermore,a time differentiated service model for constrained fairway is proposed.The Tiaozhoumen fairway of Zhoushan waters is taken as a typical example to verify the proposed methods.The result shows that the proposed model can reflect the constrained traffic status.The study brings some new idea in the organization of traffic flow,as well as the assessment and measurements of the operation status.
