内河船舶污染物排放在线监控系统

On-Line Pollutants Discharge Monitoring System of Inland Water Ships

针对内河船舶常规污染物的排放处理情况,基于内河船舶装载的AIS终端进行扩展开发,利用传感器、AIS/3G通信设备和软件监控平台设计一套污染物排放在线监控系统,将实时监控功能成功应用到了船舶污染物排放的监管中。该系统能够实时监测船舶排污信息,记录相关数据,对出现的异常情况进行报警,并报告给管理机构以实现有效监管。

In order to manage inland water shipping pollutant discharge,an on-line monitoring system of inland water ship pollutant discharge is designed based on the AIS（Automatic Identification System） terminals on board ships.The system,consisting of sensors,an AIS/3G（3rd-Generation） communication devices and a monitoring software platform,performs real-time monitoring of shipping pollutants discharge and data recording.An alarm will be activated if abnormal event happens.The alarm is sent to the administrative authorities simultaneously.
