辽宁烘干机水分在线监控系统节能减排应用情况

The Application of Energy Saving Drying System of Liaoning Dryer Moisture-line Monitoring

辽宁地区新建烘干机安装了水分在线监控系统(DM510),对该系统的原理及使用情况进行介绍,以帮助解决冬季潮粮烘干过程中水分控制问题。试验结果表明:水分在线监控系统能够通过数屏显示,实时显示粮食水分变化,使水分差控制在±0.5%以内,较好地解决了烘干过程中粮食水分不均的问题,为企业创造了一定的经济效益。

By installing the dryer in the Liaoning water online monitoring system（Model：DM510）,and the principles of the system are introduced in order to resolve the influx of winter grain drying process moisture control problems.The experimental results showed that：the water-line monitoring system through several screen display,real-time display of grain moisture change,poor moisture control within ±0.5%,a better solution to the drying process of grain moisture unevenly,creating some economic benefits for the enterprise.
