通过物联网技术实现建筑节能的远程计量与验证服务

Remote Measurement and Verification Service for Building Energy Retrofit through IOT Technology

摘要 采用物联网终端设备及云计算平台整合的远程能源系统,实现某大型商场节能改造项目节能量的计量与验证。系统通过自行研发的物联计量设备,无线通信终端及云平台的搭建,不仅突破了传统能源管理系统只有监测没有控制的应用模式,同时具有良好的可扩展性和系统稳定性。由于采用了物联网终端设备及Intebox无线解决方案,且系统投入比传统能源管理系统显著降低,该系统及相关技术可广泛应用于商业办公、设施管理、智能家居及建筑能源改造项目中。 Through integrating of IOT devices and cloud computing platform, a remote energy management system is setup, and the measurement and verification service for building energy retrofit project was realized for a large commercial mall. The system includes IOT terminal devices, wireless communication gateway, as well cloud computing software platform. The system not only break through the traditional energy management systems which only has monitoring mode with additional control mode, but also has good scalability and system stability. As a result of applying lOT devices and Intebox wireless communications solution, and the cost of system investment significantly lower than traditional system, the system and related technology could be widely applied in the area of commercial office, facilities management, intelligent home, as well as building energy retrofit projects.
