Young teachers are the main force of teachers in the medical colleges,and it is important to promote the growth of young teachers for the development of medical colleges. This paper introduces our exploration and practice in cultivating young teachers from teaching,scientific research,humanities and other aspects,which provide new ideas and methods for cultivation young teachers in medical colleges.
