全科医生转岗培训《国家基本药物政策及应用》课程体系的构建及优化研究

摘要 《国家基本药物政策及应用》是河南省全科医生转岗培训课程之一。本课题组通过学习、调研,针对基层全科医生工作岗位需求制订教学大纲、遴选培训内容,编写讲义、授课计划,设计适宜的教学方法及教学活动,制作高品质教学课件,并采取切实有效的教学效果评价方案,并逐渐调整和优化,从而使学员们树立合理、安全的用药理念,并在培训期内最大限度地获取合理用药知识。 In Henan province,"National Essential Drugs List and Application"is one of the general practitioner training course. In this paper,through study and research,drawing up teaching program and selecting of training content according to the needs of grass- roots practitioners,compiling teaching materials and teaching plan,designing suitable teaching methods and teaching activities,making high- quality teaching courseware,taking practical and effective teaching evaluation scheme,adjusting and optimizing gradually,the purpose is to make students establish safe and reasonable medicine concepts,obtain reasonable medication knowledge farthest in the training period.
