化浊清瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的超声观察

Ultrasonic Observation of HuazhuoqingYu Decoction Treated Chronic Prostatitis

目的探讨应用彩色多普勒超声对服用化浊清淤汤治疗慢性前列腺炎患者的疗效进行超声观察,指导临床用药。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检查,患者暴露检查部位,采取平卧位作纵、横等多切面扫查。结果共观察51例患者,显效36例,占71%;效果不明显12例,占23%;无效3例,占6%。结论化浊清瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎具有一定的疗效。

Objective To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound were examined on the curative effect of taking Huazhuoqingyu Decoction in the treatment of patient swith chronic prostatitis,to guide the clinical medication. Methods color Doppler ultrasound examination,patients exposed part,takes up longitudinal,transverse,multisession scanning. Results A total of 51cases,effective in 36 cases,accounting for 71%,the effect is not obvious in 12 cases,accounting for 23%,invalid 3 cases,accounting for 6%. Conclusion HuazhuoqingYu Decoction has certain effect in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
