摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定复方金银花冲剂中绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱:迪马C18,250×4.6mm,5μm;柱温:30℃;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(60∶40);流速:0.8ml/min;检测波长:327nm。结果绿原酸在0.02~0.40μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995)。平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.53%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可有效地控制复方金银花冲剂的质量。
Objective Determination of chlorogenic acid in Compound Honeysuckle Granules by HPLC. Methods Column: Dumas C18,250 × 4.6mm,5μm; column temperature: 30℃; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid( 60∶ 40); flow rate: 0. 8ml /min; detection wavelength:327nm.
