摘要
程序性死亡分子1(programmed death-1,PD-1)与其配体PD-L(PD-L1,PD-L2)属于抑制性共刺激分子,PD-1及其配体PD-L1这一信号通路能对免疫反应的产生起负调节作用,因此,PD-1/PD-L1通路可能与感染性疾病慢性化和肿瘤细胞免疫逃避有关.该文就PD-1/PD-L1的分子结构、表达,在肿瘤免疫、细菌、病毒和寄生虫感染等疾病发生发展过程中的作用机理进行综述.
Programmed death-1 (PD-1) and its ligand PD-L(PD-L1,PD-L2),a kind of inhibitory costimulatory molecules,can play a role of negatively regulating immune responses.Therefore,PD-1/PD-L1 pathway may be associated with chronic progression of infectious diseases and immune response evasion of tumor cells.This paper reviews the molecular structure and expression of PD-1/PD-L1,and its mechanism of the development process in tumor immunity,bacterial,viral and parasitic infections and other diseases.
