骨髓瘤骨病患者检测IL-6和Dkk1的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨IL-6和Dkk1的含量与骨髓瘤骨病(myeloma bone disease,MBD)发病的关系,阐明检测IL-6和Dkk1的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫和化学发光法对MMI期20例,Ⅱ~Ⅲ期40例和对照组50例研究对象血清中IL-6和Dkk1的舍量检测并进行统计学处理。结果MM患者Ⅰ期与Ⅱ~Ⅲ期以及对照组IL-6和Dkk1含量比较差异有统计学意义(F-32.65~48.32,P均〈0.01)。Ⅰ期与Ⅱ~Ⅲ期患者IL6和Dkk1的含量差异有统计学意义(t=11.97~12.07,P均〈0.01)。IL-6和Dkk1的含量随MM临床分期程度加大有逐渐升高的趋势。Ⅱ~Ⅲ期中的MBD患者IL-6和Dkk1的含量比无MBD患者均高,两者相比差异有统计学意义(t=9.87~10.32,P均〈0.01)。IL-6和Dkk1两指标之间呈正相关关系(r=0.9143,P〈0.01)。结论检测Dkk1和IL-6这两个靶标可预测MM患者发生MBD的可能性,对于尽旱诊疗MBD发展具有积极的意义。
